Review of: The Omnivore’s Dilemma:
A Natural History of Four Meals
I understand why this book has become a classic in food literature. It is well written, and logically laid out. It has the authors thoughts and experiences intertwined throughout the story, but there is still room for the reader to think of their experiences with food and draw their own conclusions and begin their own wondering on their role in the modern way of eating.
It is a book that will stay with me as I walk through the supermarket, the farmers market, and hike through the forest.
